The design of a building has to be, from my point of view, rational and functional, but at the same time individual with its own personality. To achieve that, I prefer to work closely with my clients, discussing every aspect of the site and every detail of the building with them so that the final product fully lives up to their expectations. As the context of the building is so important to me, I am not only interested in new buildings, but also in restorations and extensions, as well as alterations and interior design. Another aspect of my job is working with other architecture studios on the design and calculus of structures of all kinds (concrete, steel, wood, etc.). Architects such as Sert, Coderch, Josep Llinás, as well as Tavora and Siza, are the essential references that I usually turn to for inspiration before undertaking any project in a Mediterranean setting.
